About the Crew
Extreme Overtime
When Dave and Pam Keller asked the Keller workforce if they were up for this Extreme project, there was a unanimous rally for the cause. Employees agreed to take on volunteer shifts in addition to their normal workloads, to help coordinate and choreograph a 2,000+ crew of subcontractors and support staff. There will be time to sleep when it's all over, but until then the Keller Crew will be putting in some very Extreme overtime!

There will be challenges to overcome. But Keller Homes has built its reputation over the years by working with skilled, talented people and knowing how to solve problems. The one week of this Extreme building project will surely test everyone's ability to stay calm, stay focused, and stay on task. Hold on, it's going to be a wild ride! |
